About

Directly over the roofs in the center of Munich you will find a cozy apartment on 2 levels, with everything a guest´s heart could desire. The apartment is directly on the Olympic Park, near BMW - surrounded by green. Absolutely central (10 minutes to the main station)

Good to know

New: 5000 Euro Hilton Hotel Bed! :) The accommodations are on the 6th and 7th floor of a multi-family home (not an apartment block) with a view over Munich. 2 balconies invite you to linger in the last hours of daylight. You have the whole apartment to yourself - up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in the apartment. 4 on beds, 2 on a comfortable, very expensive sleeper couch in the living room. If you would like, there are also 2 large double-sized air mattresses (very expensive and really comfortable).

Neighborhood

Nymphenburg/Neuhausen is one of the most beautiful parts of the city that Munich has to offer. It is not nearly so well known as Schwabing, but definitely even better then ;-) Actually, this neighborhood is know as one of the ¨high value¨ ones, which is likely due to the location of the Olympic Park.

During your stay, just see it as your own apartment. Find us

The tram 20/21 runs directly in front of the door, which takes you to the main station in 10 minutes. In the other direction, you can come very quickly to the airport and to the next U-Bahn station (2 stations/5 minutes walking).
