Good to know
The accommodation is in the 5th and 6th floor of an apartment building (no block) - with the view of Munich. 2 balconies invite at late hours of sun to linger. I live here too, but I am usually in my room, or work. Unless you want the opposite - because I'll show you also like the city! :) Please read extra-details too :)
Other Details to Note
Please pay attention: I live here too :) but first try to be as inconspicuous as possible. You can appeal to me but any time and of course I will like to know who you are so, but does not have to :). You have a own room and the full appartment for your use, if you need the second bed (for example, if seperated or 3/4 persons) - i have to walk trough your room when i need to go to the bathroom tonight, because the appartment is very "opened". Sure i will be as silent as i can then. I had previously been really many guests (although on a different platform) - and that has really always work. Sometimes even over 2-3 months :). It would be very pleased to welcome you as our guest!

Nymphenburg / Neuhausen is one of the most beautiful districts of Munich has to offer. Of course, is not as well known as Schwabing, but definitely even better;-). Actually the area is better known as the "higher quality", presumably is also due to the location of the Olympic Park.
